Refund policy

Vixnn Lashes Return Policy:
- All sales are considered final.
- Online courses and e-books are non-refundable.
- We cannot accommodate refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- In the rare event of receiving a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll promptly dispatch a replacement. Kindly provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
- If an unopened package is rejected and returned to us, only unopened products will be eligible for a refund. Please note, refused or unclaimed international orders will not be reimbursed.
- We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided delivery addresses, so please ensure accuracy during checkout.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
- For international orders, any additional customs duty taxes or fees incurred after leaving our warehouse are the buyer's responsibility.
- In cases of returns due to buyer error, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of delivery.

 

TRAINING : 

TRAINING DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: $400

Please note that payment of the remaining fees is due one week before the training date. Failure to pay the balance will result in the cancellation of your registration, and no refunds will be issued.

 It should be noted that rescheduling of the training is only permissible 12 days before the scheduled date. Requests for rescheduling before the pre-specified timeline may not be accommodated.
