- We are not responsible for updating incorrect addresses or making changes to products after your order is placed.
- Discounts or add-ons cannot be applied once your order is finalized.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not cancel or refund orders once placed, in transit, or after delivery.  

Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days.  
- We guarantee processing within 4 business days.  
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  
- An order confirmation will be sent via email or text once your order is processed and out for delivery.  

Important Tip f you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder and verify that your email and phone number are correct in your profile.

Tracking Information  
- A tracking number will be sent via email or text once your order is fulfilled and in USPS possession.  
- We are not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages once they leave our facility.  
- The customer is responsible for any costs related to incorrect addresses, including returned packages due to address issues.  
- If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to open an investigation. They will reach out to us if further information is needed.
